Delivery Times:

Domestic Orders (within Pakistan): We strive to deliver your orders within 2 weeks from the date of confirmation. In case of any delay, you will be informed promptly. If no communication is made regarding a delay, it may be due to unforeseen issues with contact +47 969 90 830.

International Orders: For international orders, delivery is typically within 14-20 working days after payment confirmation, especially for payments made via bank transfer. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances, which could cause a delay of up to 5-6 working days or more. We are not responsible for any delays and will inform you if the expected delivery time is impacted.

Delivery Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will depend on the type of product, weight, and your location.

For domestic orders within Pakistan, the delivery charges will be automatically added at the time of purchase.

For international orders, the delivery charges will also be calculated based on location and weight during checkout. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes levied by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any additional fees at the destination.

If custom duties are refused by the customer or not accepted upon delivery, the parcel may be returned or discarded, and the order amount will not be refunded.
