Return & Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy:
At Mannat Murad, we understand that every piece we create is unique and made to order for our valued customers. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges based on personal preferences regarding style, fit, or color.
Exchanges will only be considered in cases where a defective or incorrect item has been delivered. If such an issue arises, please contact us immediately, and we will address the situation promptly. The exchanged item must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Failure to meet this timeframe will result in the exchange request being declined.
Return Policy:
Returns are only accepted for defective items. The item must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and unstitched condition, with the original tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:
- Order ID
- Valid reason for return
Once we receive the returned item and approve its condition, you may exchange it for another item from our collection, subject to availability. Shipping costs for the return of a defective item are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. No cancellations will be accepted after this time.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final, and we do not offer monetary refunds. However, if the item is defective, you may opt for an exchange or store credit. Please note that customized or discounted items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or chargebacks.
Orders in the processing status cannot be changed or canceled. Customers can only make changes to their orders if they are still in the pending state.
